Nataly Trujillo is from Huila and the daughter of coffee farmers.
From a very young age, she has been surrounded by coffee and quickly learned everything related to its cultivation and management. Together with her husband, they have managed to maintain their farm, which represents not only their livelihood but also their family's future. Thanks to their daily work, they raise their two children, to whom they proudly pass on the coffee culture, hoping they will continue the legacy.
Nataly also carries out 24-hour fermentation processes, thus adding greater complexity and quality to her coffees.
Huila, in southwestern Colombia, is one of the regions most renowned for the quality of its coffee. Its temperate climate, volcanic soils, and the altitude of its mountains create ideal conditions for cultivating varieties with complex, bright, and floral aromatic profiles.
We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day; otherwise, it will be roasted the next day.
Orders are sent to their destination the day after they are toasted (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it is placed and will arrive at its destination within the following 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
