¿Qué es una suscripción?
¿Cómo funciona?
Al acceder a “Suscripciones” en la web y hacer clic en “Empezar”, el proceso es muy sencillo:
1. Elige el tipo de tueste: filtro o espresso, según tu método de preparación. Desarrollamos perfiles específicos para cada uno.
2. Selecciona el tipo de suscripción: según si buscas constancia o descubrimiento.
3. Define cantidad y frecuencia de envío.
Una vez configurado, tu suscripción queda activa y puedes modificarla o cancelarla desde tu perfil. Sólo ten en cuenta que cualquier cambio debe hacerse antes de la fecha de renovación. Una vez renovado el pedido, se procesa automáticamente.
¿En qué se diferencian las suscripciones ‘Essentials’ y ‘Specials'?
Essentials
Lotes de alta calidad y recién tostados, con una rotación controlada que permite optimizar el precio sin comprometer la experiencia de cada taza. Pensada para quienes quieren tener siempre café en casa. Recibirás el mismo café 2–3 veces consecutivas de media.
Specials
Microlotes excepcionales para descubrir toda la complejidad del café. Diseñada para quienes buscan explorar. Recibirás un café diferente cada mes bajo la selección de nuestro tostador: prueba distintas variedades, orígenes y procesos.
¿Puedo elegir el café o saber cuál voy a recibir?
Las suscripciones están diseñadas para que no tengas que preocuparte por elegir y confíes en nuestro criterio. En ambas suscripciones la selección la realiza el tostador diferenciando entre:
Suscripción Essentials: se basa en frescura, trazabilidad y trato directo.
Suscripción Specials: queremos sorprenderte cada mes con microlotes excepcionales de diferentes perfiles, orígenes y procesos.
¿Hay permanencia mínima?
No hay permanencias, puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento, sin compromisos.
¿Puedo modificar mi suscripción?
Sí, puedes cambiar fácilmente frecuencia, cantidad, dirección o pausarla/cancelarla desde tu perfil.
Sólo ten en cuenta que cualquier cambio debe hacerse antes de la fecha de renovación. Una vez renovado el pedido, se procesa automáticamente.
¿Por qué no puedo cancelar un pedido ya procesado?
Trabajamos con café fresco, tostado bajo pedido.
No mantenemos stock de café tostado, por lo que una vez procesado el pedido, entra en el proceso de producción y no puede cancelarse.
¿Puedo recibir el café molido?
En todas las suscripciones enviamos únicamente café en grano por lo que no es posible recibir el café molido. De esta manera aseguramos que la calidad y frescura se mantengan intactas hasta el momento de preparación.
Si quieres adquirir un molino y tienes dudas, escríbenos y te ayudamos a elegir el que mejor se adapte a ti.
¿Cuánto cuesta el envío?
El coste se calcula en función del destino y lo verás automáticamente al hacer checkout.
Ten en cuenta:
- Envío gratuito en España peninsular a partir de 50€
- Baleares y resto de Europa a partir de 90€
¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Tostamos lunes, martes y jueves (excepto festivos). Los pedidos con café se envían al día siguiente del tueste.
- Península, Baleares (islas mayores) y Portugal: 24–48h hábiles desde el envío
- Internacional: entre 1 y 7 días, según destino
En momentos de alta demanda (Navidad, rebajas, festivos), pueden producirse retrasos logísticos.
Un consejo práctico: si puedes, utiliza una dirección donde haya alguien disponible en horario laboral.
¿Se aceptan devoluciones?
No aceptamos devoluciones de café, ya que trabajamos con un producto fresco y tostado bajo pedido. Puedes leer las condiciones completas en nuestra Política de devoluciones.
Si tienes cualquier problema con tu suscripción, puedes escribirnos y lo revisamos contigo.
Política de devoluciones
En el caso de los artículos de CAFÉ Y SUSCRIPCIONES, los pedidos se tuestan y preparan a petición y siguiendo las preferencias de cada comprador, por lo que no aceptaremos cambios ni devoluciones una vez que la compra haya sido confirmada (al amparo del Artículo 103 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).
Para los artículos de EQUIPAMIENTO y MERCHANDISE, dispones de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del artículo para realizar una devolución, siempre y cuando la mercancía no haya sido abierta o dañada y permanezca en su embalaje original y con los sellos de precinto intactos. Para iniciar la devolución, debes enviar un correo electrónico a pedidos@rightsidecoffee.com indicando número de pedido y copia de la factura. Los gastos de recogida y devolución de los productos quedarán a tu cuenta y se descontarán en el momento de realizar el reembolso, una vez los artículos han sido recibidos y comprobados.
Independientemente del producto del que se trate, si en el momento de la entrega del pedido, éste presenta alguna tara o defecto o te das cuenta de que has recibido un producto que no se corresponda con tu pedido realizado, debes comunicarte de forma inmediata con nosotros, dentro de las 24 horas a partir de la recepción del producto, por medio de nuestra dirección de correo electrónico pedidos@rightsidecoffee.com, detallando tu localizador y la descripción del problema. Te responderemos tu correo y te informaremos de la forma de realizar la devolución.
