When will my coffee be roasted?
We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day.
Here's a quick guide to help you know when your coffee is roasted based on when you place your order:
From Thursday to Monday (before 8:00 a.m.) → Roast on Monday
From Monday (after 8:00 a.m.) to Tuesday (before 8:00 a.m.) → Toast on Tuesday
From Tuesday (after 8:00 a.m.) to Thursday (before 8:00 a.m.) → Toast on Thursday
*Please note that roasting days may vary in weeks with holidays.
When will I receive my order?
We roast three times a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Orders containing coffee are shipped the day after roasting; those without coffee are shipped the next business day after the order is placed.
We use express courier service for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands (larger islands), and Portugal, so you will usually receive your package within 24 to 48 business hours after shipment.
However, delivery companies can sometimes experience minor delays—especially during periods like Christmas, sales, or long weekends—and this is somewhat beyond our control. If you're in a hurry or need your coffee on a specific date, we recommend ordering in advance and not waiting until the last minute.
A practical tip: if possible, use your workplace as the delivery address. Courier companies deliver during business hours and are usually inflexible with delivery time slots, so it's easier for them to find someone who can receive the package.
For international shipments, delivery times vary between 1 and 7 days, depending on the destination. You can check this when selecting the shipping method in the final step of the checkout process.

Can I use filter coffee for espresso or vice versa?
Joaquín, founder and head roaster, is responsible for individually developing each of the roast profiles for the coffees you see on the menu. This process involves respecting and enhancing the flavors defined by the previous steps at origin. To fully enjoy the range of flavors that each batch has to offer, we recommend choosing a roast profile that suits your coffee machine.

Why can't I find the same coffee I ordered last time?
Our menu changes constantly because we work with seasonal coffees. A batch you enjoyed may no longer be available.
To help you choose between the new additions, we've redesigned our labels: each one includes two colors that indicate the sensory profile and the type of process.
It's a simple and easy-to-use system, designed to help you find cafes with profiles similar to those you already know.
We'll explain it to you step by step in this quick guide.
What does the coffee subscription service consist of?
The subscription is a service through which we periodically deliver a selection of freshly roasted, seasonal coffees to you. You choose the quantity and frequency, and we take care of the rest. It's that simple.
We select the coffee for you, and it changes naturally depending on the harvest and available stock. It's a subscription designed so you'll always have great coffee at home, without having to worry about what to choose each time.
Can I order my coffee ground?
Although we always recommend grinding the coffee just before brewing, we offer the option of sending it pre-ground if you prefer (except for 1kg formats and subscriptions).
When making your purchase, you will find a drop-down menu under the "Preparation" section, where you can select the grind that best suits your coffee maker.
Please note that in the 1kg formats and in the subscriptions (both 250g and 1kg) we only send whole bean coffee. This allows us to guarantee freshness and quality in every delivery.
Return policy
In the case of COFFEE items, orders are roasted and prepared upon request and according to each buyer's preferences, therefore we will not accept changes or returns once the purchase has been confirmed (under Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
For EQUIPMENT and MERCHANDISE items, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return the item, provided it has not been opened or damaged and remains in its original packaging with the seals intact. To initiate a return, please send an email to pedidos@rightsidecoffee.com indicating your order number and attaching a copy of the invoice. The return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund once the items have been received and inspected.
Regardless of the product, if upon delivery your order has any damage or defects, or if you realize you have received a product that does not match your order, you must contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the product, via email at pedidos@rightsidecoffee.com, including your tracking number and a description of the problem. We will reply to your email and inform you how to proceed with the return.
