We understand that there's no magic without a trick. In our case, the trick lies in respecting and developing flavors, defined by the previous steps at the source: the ripening of the fruit, the type of process we use, along with the fermentation and drying of the seeds are essential to our work. Through roasting, we can either preserve or destroy that universe of flavors.
Our regular roast serves as a wildcard, meaning any of our lots can be extracted using any method; be it espresso, moka, pour over, french press… This type of roast is known as “omniroast” and in it we look for round, juicy and balanced coffees, with a balanced level of sweetness and acidity.

It's time to take things a step further. Filter coffee is typically a more delicate beverage, and Right Side Coffee seeks complexity, meaning that the coffee sends us many different messages in the form of flavor. In addition to clarity and definition: no unpleasant notes and clear, noticeable attributes. Our new trick is based on roasting exclusively for filter coffee, selecting batches with a profile suited to this extraction method. We create lighter roasts where less sugar caramelization provides the right definition in the beverage, allowing the magic to happen. You'll find this type of roast identified as " Filter Roast " in the coffee menu on our website, where we'll offer a rotating selection.

Our made-to-order roasting technique also allows us to offer consistently fresh specialty coffee. In this case, for filter brewing.
WE REPEAT: Filter coffee is solely and exclusively for filter coffee; it won't work for espresso or moka pots. We encourage you to try this type of coffee and make it your everyday coffee. Long live filter coffee!
