Abrar Keno Natural Espresso

Abrar Keno is a second-generation coffee farmer from Beshasha Kebele, in the Gomma district, part of the Oromia region of Ethiopia. He inherited his 20-hectare farm from his father and continues the family legacy with deep pride and purpose.

Located between 1,950 and 2,150 meters above sea level, his farm is densely planted with more than 1,800 coffee trees per hectare, mainly of the 74110 variety. In 2025, Abrar reached an important milestone by exporting his coffee for the first time to Right Side Coffee in Spain.

Committed to both quality and sustainability, Abrar uses natural inputs such as pulp and cow manure, selects only ripe cherries through careful flotation, and dries his coffee on raised beds for up to 21 days. His thoughtful and practical approach combines tradition and innovation: honoring the practices he grew up with while building a solid future within specialty coffee.
