She has been involved in coffee farming her entire life. Together with her husband and daughter, she works diligently on her farm, carefully overseeing every stage of the process and committed to practices that improve the quality of the coffee. Her dedication to excellence is evident in every harvest.
Huila, in southwestern Colombia, is one of the regions most renowned for the quality of its coffee. Its temperate climate, volcanic soils, and the altitude of its mountains create ideal conditions for cultivating varieties with complex, bright, and floral aromatic profiles.
We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day; otherwise, it will be roasted the next day.
Orders are sent to their destination the day after they are toasted (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it is placed and will arrive at its destination within the following 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
