This lot is part of our direct-to-contract initiative in the Department of Huila. Here, we work alongside Coocentral, a cooperative whose values are total transparency and the well-being of producers, promoting their economic security.
The Juiciosos group comprises the following producers: Hermanos Contreras, Fernando Ardila, Marcos Ardila, and Euclides Sierra. All of them are regular participants in our initiatives and meet our strict quality requirements, reinforcing our commitment to them.
This coffee has been hand-harvested, selecting only the ripe fruit. The coffee cherries rest for a few hours before being pulped the following morning and fermented under controlled conditions of time and temperature. Finally, the batch is dried for 15 to 20 days, depending on the climate, until it reaches the ideal moisture level.
We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day; otherwise, it will be roasted the next day.
Orders are sent to their destination the day after they are toasted (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it is placed and will arrive at its destination within the following 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
