Norvil Pérez is one of the founding producers of our organization, actively participating from the beginning and delivering better coffee each year. He always participates in the training sessions and workshops that our organization offers on quality, productivity, and experimenting with new fermentation and drying processes.

Finca La Chirimoya, named after a cherimoya tree located in the middle of the property that bears fruit every year, is situated at over 2,100 meters above sea level. Finca La Lúcuma, now four years old, is characterized by its location in an area rich in microclimates and fertile soils, which yield a wide variety of exotic coffee profiles. Furthermore, Norvil and his family are committed to continuously adding value to their product through refinement of processes and fermentations.

Selective harvesting – 72-hour anaerobic fermentation
