Andrés Salaverría, part of a family with over 100 years in coffee cultivation, has been dedicated to this trade for the past 11 years. As a fifth-generation member, his focus has been on diversifying products and adopting new processing trends from other countries to apply them in El Salvador.
Among the family's most important farms is Finca San Francisco, located in Apaneca – Ilamatepec. This farm produces high-quality coffee on volcanic soils under shade and houses a forest reserve donated for the conservation of local biodiversity.
Finca San Francisco stands out for its social and environmental practices. The coffee is hand-picked, and the family business supports nearby communities with health services and educational infrastructure, reaffirming its commitment to sustainability and social well-being.
We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day; otherwise, it will be roasted the next day.
Orders are sent to their destination the day after they are toasted (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it is placed and will arrive at its destination within the following 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
