Andrés Salaverría, parte de una familia con más de 100 años en la caficultura, ha estado dedicado a este oficio durante los últimos 11 años. Como quinta generación, su enfoque ha sido diversificar los productos y adoptar nuevas tendencias en procesos de otros países para aplicarlas en El Salvador.

Entre las fincas más importantes de la familia está la finca San Francisco, ubicada en Apaneca – Ilamatepec. Esta finca produce café de alta calidad en suelos volcánicos bajo sombra y alberga una reserva forestal donada para la conservación de la biodiversidad local.

La finca San Francisco se destaca por sus prácticas sociales y ambientales. El café es recolectado manualmente y la empresa familiar apoya a las comunidades cercanas con servicios de salud e infraestructura educativa, reafirmando su compromiso con la sostenibilidad y el bienestar social.

Roasting and Shipping

We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day; otherwise, it will be roasted the next day.
Orders are sent to their destination the day after they are toasted (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it is placed and will arrive at its destination within the following 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
