Don Benjamín Paz, a close friend and winner of the 2022 and 2024 Cup of Excellence awards, demonstrates a deep commitment to the conservation of natural resources on his farm. Through meticulous forest protection practices and the use of guama and avocado trees to regulate shade over his coffee plantation, he ensures a harmonious balance between coffee production and environmental preservation.
We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day; otherwise, it will be roasted the next day.
Orders are sent to their destination the day after they are toasted (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it is placed and will arrive at its destination within the following 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
