The Chiapas region of Mexico is admired and respected by coffee experts. At an altitude of between 1,100 and 1,300 meters above sea level, the highly fertile soil and constant humidity allow for optimal development of what is known as high-altitude coffee.
This Typica coffee is organic and stands out for its balanced character, unique flavor, and sweet aromas. It is the fruit of the dreams of small producers who decided to join forces and create a network to grow together and produce high-quality coffee in the most natural way possible, with special care for Mother Earth.
The batch has undergone a water decaffeination process. The coffee beans have been submerged in a water solution containing caffeine-free green coffee extract. By soaking them, they become more permeable, allowing the caffeine to escape from the coffee naturally.
Our three weekly roasting days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and orders are shipped to their destination the day after roasting (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it was placed and will arrive at its destination within 48 hours (excluding holidays).
