Our name means "Right Side," referring to the side of the brain associated with creativity and passion.

Our commitment to flavor design is our driving force, and along with our roasting techniques and direct relationship with producers, it's essential to us.

Our founder, Joaquín Parra, used to work at a green coffee importer. There, he learned about the different coffee profiles found around the world and recorded a wide range of flavors.
