Our name means "Right Side," alluding to the side of the brain associated with creativity and passion.

Involvement in flavor design is our core principle, something that, along with our roasting technique and direct relationship with producers, is fundamental to us.

Our founder, Joaquín Parra, used to work for a green coffee importer. There he learned about the different coffee profiles found around the world, as well as documenting a wide range of flavors.

Once he made the decision to start Right Side Coffee , he began traveling and exploring where and what variables affect the cultivation of high-quality coffee, and then what kind of post-harvest actions add value to our products.

We establish a close, direct, and fair relationship with our suppliers, allowing us to improve the raw materials from their source, respecting their original character and offering the highest quality.

We have grown as professionals, adjusting our coffee roasters to our needs and quality standards and creating our own system.
