We ensure that every coffee bean we roast is fully traceable. This means we can follow the coffee's journey from its origin to your cup. We work with producers in Ethiopia, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, and other countries , selecting coffee varieties that stand out for their quality and environmental focus. Each of our producers employs meticulous fermentation and drying techniques, resulting in a unique cup of specialty coffee.
We roast our coffee to order, ensuring its freshness. Our coffee menu rotates as the batches reach completion, offering our customers a refreshing experience with every cup. This approach allows us to maintain a direct connection with the producers and ensure that each bean meets our quality standards.
Travels and Learnings: Improving Coffee at Origin
Since we decided to start Right Side Coffee, we've traveled and been in constant contact with producers from various regions. This exchange of knowledge has allowed us to apply techniques learned in different countries to improve the quality of our products. For example, the techniques applied in Colombia have helped us improve coffee in Nicaragua, resulting in remarkable success.
As Spanish speakers, communication with other farmers is fluid, allowing us to learn quickly and implement effective practices. We work together to promote good agricultural practices, protect the soil, and protect natural resources. We also collaborate with local agricultural associations to reuse coffee roasting waste, reincorporating it into the soil and giving it a new life.

Economic and Social Impact
Our commitment to producers is reflected in how we pay for coffee. Instead of following the fluctuating prices of the New York market, we pay two to four times that value, based on the quality of the beans. This additional value is invested in the farms, allowing producers to improve their infrastructure and farming techniques, and improve their livelihoods.

We offer financial support to develop specific infrastructure tailored to the needs of producers, such as upgrading fermentation tanks or any other necessary improvements.
