We ensure that every coffee bean we roast has complete traceability. This means we can follow the coffee's journey from its origin to your cup. We work with producers in Ethiopia, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, and other countries , selecting coffee varieties that stand out for their quality and environmental commitment. Each of our producers employs meticulous fermentation and drying techniques, resulting in a truly unique cup of specialty coffee.
We roast our coffee to order, guaranteeing its freshness. Our coffee menu rotates as batches run out, offering our customers a fresh experience with every cup. This approach allows us to maintain a direct connection with producers and ensure that every bean meets our quality standards.
Travel and Learning: Improving Coffee at Origin
Since we decided to start Right Side Coffee, we have traveled and maintained constant contact with producers in various regions. This exchange of knowledge has allowed us to apply techniques learned in different countries to improve the quality of our products. For example, techniques applied in Colombia have helped us improve coffee in Nicaragua, resulting in remarkable success.
As Spanish speakers, we have excellent communication with other farmers, allowing us to learn quickly and implement effective practices. We work together to promote good agricultural practices and protect the soil and natural resources. We also collaborate with local agricultural associations to reuse coffee roasting waste, incorporating it back into the soil and giving it a new life.

Economic and Social Impact
Our commitment to producers is reflected in how we pay for coffee. Instead of following the fluctuating prices of the New York market, we pay two to four times that value, based on the quality of the beans. This additional value is invested in the farms, allowing producers to improve their infrastructure and farming techniques, and to improve their livelihoods.

We offer financial support to develop specific infrastructures according to the needs of producers, such as improving fermentation tanks or any other necessary improvements.
