Meet Mohamed Abasambi, a proud second-generation coffee farmer and prominent member of the Tokuma Coffee Farmers group. His 13-hectare farm is located in the fertile highlands of Kedamese Kebele, in the Jimma area of the Goma district, at an altitude of between 1,900 and 2,050 meters above sea level. An ideal environment for producing exceptional coffees.
On his farm, Mohamed cultivates renowned Ethiopian varieties such as 74110 and Melo, processing them using both washed and natural methods. His approach combines a deep respect for tradition with a strong commitment to innovation, reflecting the spirit of the new generation of coffee producers in Ethiopia.
Driven by his passion for coffee and his connection to the land, Mohamed continues to inspire his community and the coffee world. With each harvest, he helps shape the future of Ethiopian specialty coffee: one cup, one producer, one story at a time.
We roast to order, which means we don't keep roasted coffee in stock at the shop.
As a matter of routine, we have three roasting days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (excluding public holidays). If you place your order before 8:00 a.m. on one of those days, your coffee will be roasted that same day; otherwise, it will be roasted the next day.
Orders are sent to their destination the day after they are toasted (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday respectively).
Please note that if your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day after it is placed and will arrive at its destination within the following 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
