Description
Super-automatic coffee machines are ideal for extracting a juicy, balanced espresso at the touch of a button and without much hassle. The main feature of these machines is that the coffee is freshly ground. Among the different brands, we opted for Jura due to its features and extraction power, so in this guide, we give you some tips so you can get the most out of our roasts for this type of coffee machine.

GRINDING
Fine: It is important to adjust the grinder on your machine to the finest setting possible.

Amount
The maximum coffee capacity for your scoop is 16g for the Jura coffee makers in our online store.

Water temperature
If your machine allows you to configure this variable, choose high temperature.

Advice
We recommend not filling the hopper with coffee beans unless you have a very high turnover, as the coffee can oxidize more quickly. It's best to keep it in its original bag (which has a valve) and refill the hopper gradually.

Steps

Step 1

Always fill your coffee maker's water reservoir with mineral water, preferably with brands that have a dry residue of around 150.

Step 2

Place a small amount of coffee beans into the hopper.

Step 3

Regulates the grinding level of your coffee maker, bringing it to the finest possible.

Step 4

Select the maximum coffee strength (amount of coffee used in the extraction) and the amount of water for a short coffee to obtain a good espresso. If your machine allows it, also choose a high water temperature.

Step 5

Place the cup under the coffee outlet and press the button.

Step 6

Now all that's left is to wait and enjoy a good espresso at home!
