Ready, set ... GO!

Weigh and grind 60g of coffee (medium-coarse, the option 'Ground for AeroPress' of our Webshop), preferably a filter roast and divide it into two parts.

Put one half of your coffee (30g) into the Hario Cold Brew filter. Start your timer and slowly add 200g of water at room temperature. When most of the water has filtered through, add 100g more.

At 03:30 put the other half of your coffee (30g) into the filter and carefully add 300g more water, making sure to wet all of the coffee.

Place the lid on the jar and put it in the fridge for 6 hours. Try to avoid moving it around during this period.

After 6 hours, it is time to remove the filter.

To serve it, you can dilute this concentrate with a little cold water or ice, if you like and you are ready to enjoy!
