Do you have a store I can visit?

No, for now our only channel of distribution is through our new online store but many of our customers, in addition to serving our coffee, have some of our products for sale and you can take them home directly. Check out the section 'Where to find RS' to find a location near you.


When will my coffee be roasted?

At present, we have two roasting days per week: Monday and Wednesday. Orders that are placed until Monday 8h will be roasted the same day and orders made until 13h on Tuesday will be roasted on Wednesday. In other words: Orders placed on Monday (after 8h) and Tuesday (before 13h) will be roasted on Wednesday. Orders placed on Tuesday (after 13h), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (before 8h) will be roasted on Monday.


Can I make a purchase at the online store without being registered?

No, registration is a mandatory step. Still, you will see that we want to make it as easy for you as possible and therefore kept the registration procedure really short. Investing very little time, you will have saved all your information for future purchases and, believe it or not, it will save you the effort in the future!


When will you ship my order?

Our roasting days are Monday and Wednesday. Orders are being shipped the day after (Tuesday and Thursday respectively). If your order does not contain coffee, it will be shipped the next business day.


When will my order arrive?

For mainland Spain (Hispanic Peninsula) and the Baleares (main islands), we send out shipments via express courier which means that once a shipment has been sent, you should receive it the next business day. Keep in mind that sometimes transport companies - however well they work and however obliging they are - can have delivery delays (especially in seasons like Christmas). And even though we try to move mountains for our customers whenever we can, from a certain point these things are out of our hands as well :) so we advise you not to wait to the last minute to place your order. Ah! Another very useful little piece of advice: if you can, use your work address as delivery address because most transport companies deliver during working hours, so at work is where they will most likely be able to reach you. That way it is easier for them to fulfil our requests regarding delivery times. For the Canary Islands, Europe and worldwide delivery, shipment times vary from 1 to 7 days depending on the destination. I have a gift card, how I can use it?

Very easy: select items in the online store as usual and when you confirm your order, enter the code on the card into the 'Discount code' box. Important: Note that if you do not redeem the total amount on your gift card, unfortunately you can not use it again on your next purchase!


Do you want to know my opinion about the coffee I received?

Of course! Although we do quality control tests on a weekly basis to make sure each coffee lives up to its potential, we are always happy to receive feedback or comments about our products, whether they are positive or not so positive;) And not just about coffee, any feedback about the transport service is helpful as well, so that we can get a better picture of the state in which the packages arrive and the type of service you receive from the transport service on our behalf.


Can I come by the roastery to visit you? Where is the roastery, in case I want to pick up my order?

At the moment our roastery, located in Castelldefels (Barcelona), is only a place of production and we do not have a store that is open to the public or serve coffee here. If you have a business idea and would like to meet with us, be sure to write us an email so we can make an appointment: info@rightsidecoffee.com If you want to pick up your order at our roastery, it is important to know that, due to logistical reasons, we can only assist you Thursday from 10 to 16h and Friday from 10 to 14h (except holidays!). And oh yeah! We need a few days to roast and prepare your package, so orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday before 13h can be picked up on Thursday or Friday of that week. Orders placed on Tuesday after 13h, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be ready the Thursday and Friday of the following week. We are located at: Pasaje Industria, no. 7, 08860 Castelldefels (Barcelona). We are very close to the train station, if you use Google Maps just search 'Right Side Coffee Roastery' and the app will guide you to us. And please remember to bring your order number ;)


How should I buy my coffee, ground or whole beans?

We always recommend to buy coffee beans. Although this means you have to have a grinder as well, you will notice the difference! Simply put: coffee interacts with oxygen which causes it to loose flavor. Grinding it gives it a much larger surface area which accelerates this loss of aroma, structure and nuances tremendously. If you need a grinder, take a look at our the Equipment section of our online store. If this does not quite convince you, don't worry, we will be delighted to grind it for you.


I would like to serve your coffee at a private event, is that possible?

Well of course! We have the equipment, machinery and the necessary connections to make delicious coffee (almost) anywhere;) Tell us what you have in mind and together we can decide what best suits your needs. Write us at: info@rightsidecoffee.com.


When will the new course schedule come out?

We don't have a set schedule for our classes, but we give out new dates on a regular basis. We recommend that you sign up for our Newsletter to keep up-to-date with new developments at Right Side Coffee. In addition to new dates for our classes, if you are interested in cuppings or other events we occasionally organize, the easiest way to keep track of us is to follow us via social media on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
