RS PROCESS: EXPERIMENTING WITH OUR OWN RECIPES

Months after starting our journey in 2013, we committed to establishing direct relationships with producers who share the same vision as us. This fact made us understand way better the flavors developed by certain varieties grown in specific regions finding out which profiles were more interesting for us.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: ESPÍRITU SANTO, BRAZIL

The region of Espiritu Santo in Brazil is another exception that completely breaks with the belief that there are only coffees with boring profiles labeled as 'nutty' or ‘chocolate’. To prove it, we didn’t hesitate to continue our journey through this great country to discover this incredible region.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: BOLIVIA

Bolivia, the country of extremes and third stop on our trip to South America last October. The arrival to El Alto, a city that houses La Paz airport at around 4,150 masl, welcomes us as if we were travelling to the moon.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: MANTIQUEIRA DE MINAS, BRAZIL

Brazil is the state with the largest area and population in South America, making the country the main economic power in Latin America. One of its principal activities is agriculture, designed to feed not only the continent but the entire world. As far as coffee is concerned, it is also the leading worldwide producer.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: COLOMBIA PART 1

The first stop of our last trip to South America took place in Colombia. We arrived at the scandalous Bogota to stay overnight and leave the next morning to Neiva. We met with Rafael there, who is the engineer of the cooperative and the person in constant contact with the producers with whom we work.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: GUATEMALA

Guatemala City concentrates the main economic and demographic movement accumulating almost a third of the total population of the -indeed- most populated country in Central America. This is how the capital received us, where we spent the night to get some rest and start our trip to the municipality of Cobán.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: HONDURAS

For us, traveling to origin is very enriching. That is why we believe so strongly in direct trade: we can see the extra work in I+D and the thoroughness in the processes that allow for a continuous improvement in the feedstock.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: ETHIOPIA

Ethiopia, birthplace of coffee. Its native varieties, its location, its territory and its optimal climate for growing coffee give Ethiopia a privilege position over almost all other origins. An Ethiopian coffee 'of the average' may be better than the most exclusive of many other countries.+ info

DIRECT TRADE: NICARAGUA

Nicaragua was the last stop on our trip during our last visit to Central America in February. The coffee activity is very important for the country, so much that 15% of the population lives thanks to this product.+ info

COLD BREWED INFUSI0NS

With the arrival of the new harvest of our coffee plant infusions, we are happy to announce that we have been able to improve the logistics and obtain better prices for these products that have given us so much joy during this first year.+ info
